Screening:
This conversation serves to curate the list of candidates to be called for official first interviews.
First interview:
The main part of the interview consists of the employer asking you questions related to your technical skills . They might ask you to show your programming ability (whatever language your are good at)
Second interview:
The interviewer will ask deeper, more specific questions to follow up on certain topics from the first interview and attempt to get a better idea of how you'd acclimate to the work environment.
Third interview ( HR ):
The final step in the interview process, if the company wants to hire you, is usually a job offer contingent upon your background check and references.

There would be three rounds. First one would be Technical, Second one would be Managerial Round, Third round is for package discussion.

Got a call from UST global recruitment team and was told there will be 2 rounds. First round was conducted with a manager and was told he will evaluate on management skills. Second round supposed to be a technical round with onsite panel.
