Officially, it was told as 3rounds including HR round and 2technical rounds...but nothing certain exists I need to call up recruiter everytime to get feedback.i cleared 3technical rounds and one last day she said to come for final HR round where to my shock again a technical round happened. Next day I waited for her call...then I called but the HR has declined my calls...he handled to security guard to say...profile is rejected I don't understand if you say something and you do something when you should learn what is the actual process for a candidate. That shows up the image of Xpanxion HR how they treat employees who actually look for a immediate job switch...neither monetary nor process wise, I would ever suggest to give interview in this organisation.
