Interview
My first technical was cool . He asked me questions regarding my resume skill set. Now I am talking about second technical interview. I don't know why that interview person was asking me questions out of resume skills. He was such a shameless guy talking on his phone for 3 to 4 times, chatting on phone while taking interview. Come on man show some ethics. I was not there to waste my time. If you don't want to take me ahead company should have rejected me in first technical. He was behaving as if he is owning company. I have never seen such a shameless guy. Please Xpanxion I request you to remove that guy from interview panel so that he can stop recruiting his referral candidates.
It was interview for multiple colleges at the same campus. There were two aptitude level tests. After clearing that, in the same day it followed with group discussion. The topic was on the spot. After that, there was a HR interview.
The interview process was well organized and professional. The interviewer was friendly and explained each stage clearly. There were two technical rounds followed by an HR discussion. Feedback was provided promptly.
