I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at USAA (Tuscaloosa, AL) in Oct 2015
Interview
Overall the interview process was very conversational. There were two interviewers, and one of them being an alumni from the university I am attending. They tried to keep it very friendly and approachable. Most of the questions were the generic interview questions ("Tell me about yourself," "Why are you interested in this company," etc...), but there were a few that I had never encountered before in an interview. One of the interviewers didn't really seem as though he was listening the entire time, but I think that might have been a part of their strategy. Both people were very nice and seemed genuinely interested in answering any questions that I had.
