The process began with 4 interviews with virtually everyone under that department. The process was going to entail an additional panel interview, but it took them 3 months to schedule that panel interview. By that time I already interviewed and accepted another role…so I declined the panel interview and withdrew my application. The hiring manager was very indecisive and reopened the job posting twice from March to June, so it seemed like the hiring manager was playing games.
