Interview
Very easy interview process with recruiter first, then about a week or two later you interview with two managers. The second interview involves role play. Not too difficult. Just prepare with normal interview questions.

Interview
The interview took place at the school I was attending at the time and when I was also studying a different field from what I am in now. A sponsored dinner occurred the night before so that interviewers could meet who they were talking to the next day, which didn't help at all because the interview still felt like an interrogation.

USAA sponsored a welcome dinner to "ease" the pressure of the interview process. The question I was given:

Interview
Straight forward. They recruit at my school, process took about a month. They took me out to eat the night before both interviews. The first one is behavioral and with current analysts/managers. The second and final round is with directors. I had a case study on the second and final round, so be prepared.
