Very basic interview questions, why you did you decide on USAA, behavioral questions, how would you adapt to USAA? Apply online, receive invitation for assessment, phone interview, then in person interview.
keep trying if you don't get it the first time. read the mission statement know the values and know what the name stand for. If you have a servant heart you are a great fit for this company.
