Interview
First, a recruiter from HR will contact you to set up a phone interview. You will then have a brief interview with HR recruit. The recruiter will explain how the hiring process works. After that, you'll take a short test of technical skills. Depending on those results, you will then have a 3 hour interview with department manager. After that, it normally only takes a few days for a decision to be made.
