I submitted my application online and was called in for a 30-40 minute interview at a hotel. The interview was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Behavioral questions focused mainly on your ability to work in teams, times you have led, and how you have reacted in the past to particular situations involving teams. They gave me a logic puzzle that wasn't very difficult, and some technical questions on how I would design certain applications, or innovate for new systems.
