Interview
Interviewed at URB-E. The interview was about 40 mins long? The owner and head designer asked me couple questions and had me do a simple small project after my interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at URB-E (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied online through the career page and was contacted only a few days after from a manager who was interested in speaking with me. We set up a Skype interview because I was in the process of moving to Los Angeles and was out of state, which was very accommodating of them. They were very honest and communicative about what they were looking for in an applicant and what the position would entail. Overall took a few weeks and was a very positive experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked you what an URB-E is, how would you pitch the vehicle to them?
They wanted to talk to me via facetime. Felt weird as all phone interviews are not through facetime. They didn't ask me a lot of questions, and when I inquired about their current efforts, didn't provide a lot of information. They re-posted the job description with stuff I had mentioned in my interview. Definitely becareful when you interview with this company, as it sounds like they are trying to get ideas. Never heard back from the company or feedback on my candidacy.
