I applied online and got an email a few days later for an online interview. I accepted and it was a group interview with 3 other candidates in the call with 1 manager. And then about a week later I was offered the role

Interview
The interview is sometimes a group one, but my interview was one-on-one. Lasted roughly 15-30 mins, pretty straightforward and I tried my best to relate my answers and past experience to the company culture.

What is you experience working in a team and how would your teammates describe your strengths and weaknesses?
The first interview was a zoom call and the second interview was a group interview. They asked simple question and the interviewer were both very kind. The zoom call was more of casual interview
They evaluate teamwork, customer service skills, and grooming. It was a walk-in interview, had a group panel discussion and role-play scenarios, often checking my English proficiency. It was kinda okay
