It was okay but especially for the first round of interviews, they do it by pairs so you might be paired with someone who has more credentials than you, which can make it harder to impress the HR representative

It was a 20-minute interview with another candidate and you answer the same question. The interviewer picks who answers first. There were probably around 5 questions in total lang given the short time frame.
There will be an exam and multiple interviews. 3 total inteviews with HR, store manager, and a board of leaders. There will also be a work on the job test in a store, which is unpaid by the way.
