In a Zoom interview, a list of standard questions about teaching experience and practices were asked as interviewers took notes. Interviewers were friendly and engaging, and seemed to take serious interest in learning more about me. They were also receptive to questions I asked. I just wish they were more communicative about the hiring timeline.
