I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Typeface (Hyderābād)
Interview
Interview process was good. Interviewers were mature & had good clarity & treated you like peers to collaborate on a problem. They will judge you on how you approach the real world problem not leetcode which they already faced during their journey. It was good interviewing with them.
But, they will not care for anything like your last CTC, your interview performance, skillsets, etc. but will try to lowball like you crazy. They have hired a lot of middle managers who surely pay themselves a fat payout but when it comes to developers, it is all peanuts. My advice is to avoid organisations like this because if this is the joining culture where they are asking you to take 40-50% paycuts let alone hikes, they will surely make you crawl for peanut hikes & appraisals on being a regular employee. This is after having a good pedigree i.e. silicon valley network as well as extremely well funding. Join them at the risk of your own mental health.
