Response process from employer is pathetic. They need to work on it. They advertised a job in LinkedIn but don't respond to the applications. This will reduce the trust of candidate in the organization. I have applied for accounts payable however didn't received any response.

They make you go through a lengthy process with so many interviews. I had with 05 people. In the end they ghost you and after you follow up, the recruiter will just send you a generic email saying that you were not approved. I expected a way more from them.
