Turning Point Counseling Services interview questions

Short interview, basically asking why you wanted to work there; Drug screen, TB screen, and obviously a criminal background check and proof of licensure. The agency was desperate for employees, as many were leaving and they were receiving few applications, so that is likely why my process was so short. The turnover there and new counselors do not stay long, if they have skills to go elselwhere
