The process starts with a coding test, which was honestly one of the best I’ve encountered.
Next comes a combined HR-Technical interview. Unfortunately, the interviewers didn’t introduce themselves properly, and although I was asked to walk through my CV, none of my answers were followed up with specific questions. During the technical part, the HR representative seemed disengaged. either doing something else or turning the camera off, which was distracting and felt a bit unprofessional.
After that, there’s an interview with the team lead. They joined very late without offering an explanation, so the meeting had to be rescheduled. That said, once it finally took place, the interview itself was professional, with relevant and clear questions that gave me a solid understanding of both the role and the expectations.
The process wraps up with a final HRBP interview, which was very focused and constructive. It really helped both sides evaluate whether I was a good fit for the position.
