Very worst and worstest interview i experienced. they feel like they know about our personality more than ourselve . Definately makes you to loose confidence on yourself. all are irrelavent questions and own and your answers don't satisfy them at any cost . they dont expect resume from you,
1. first 15 mins they explain about their company ,ERP related company, and stone selling type related ,they gives a form to you, which are general questions like, what 3 words describes you,you strong and weakness situations, happy and sad moments,all trash nothing about technically,
2 .Later that an Aptitude test on paper 20 questions 20 marks, i got 16 in that.
3 . Then next one on one communication round to who qualified in Aptitude, here starts their psychoism , he asked me " Telle me about your previous experience ?" i told when i joined in my prev company and projects i did, my skills,my mistakes ,my learnings and my passion etc,, but his reaction is like ' is it? ' tell me what other than this kind of answers a candidate should and can tell in an interview to such question? only this is done in that round .he only taken irrelavent topics and talked to me pointing out evrything negatively from my answers, ex: why did'nt you get placed in any campus placements from college,?
my Ans: i belongs a govt college . so there are no placements. ?
he: what govt what prvt? everything is free right ?
me: no ,im not afford to pay private fee, even after reumbersement,
he: may be you don't know . everything is free.
this means he is arguing with me weather private colleges will take extra fee other than reumbersement ? just trash round.
however they called me for 2nd round after 2 days.
4. next is, again trash round, we total 4 members attending this round at a time, he asked our self intro, we started telling, he just stoping just after telling one or two words cameout from our mouth , im the 4th one , every one is saying different version of self intro like may be he is expecting different in self intro also,
later he asked us to open computers they given and login with mail ,open spreadsheet and told some formula based operations if want take help from internet ,we did it on time and really all performed well here.
later just done ,do you have any questions to me?
we asked our feedback and suggestions , what technologies you use , do we need to learn anything if get shortlisted for next round ,etc, and answer same ' is it? ' . he didn' told anything technically, everything is trash in conversation one example:
he: what your father does?
guy: he works in BHEL and some position name too.
but interviewer is like and to us: ,see him i asked him one question but he didnt get purpose of question..you should improve guys. still i didnt got what their intension and expectations . very bad experience.
,and if gets shortlisted for next round that is aslo open book round (you can take help from internet), he said it, waiting for next round call.
