Normal get-to-know call, but they asked some questions along with the technical lead as well to check whether you are a better fit for the actual role they are searching for. The job description was a bit broad, so you might actually learn about the role in the call.

Das Gespräch wirkte wenig vorbereitet und unstrukturiert.
In der Stellenausschreibung standen Anforderungen bzw. Aufgaben, die dem tatsächlichen Arbeitsaublauf wenig entsprachen.
Bis es zum Gespräch kam, dauerte es auch sehr lange.
Die Absage Mail kam nur nach Anfrage.
Insgesamt ein enttäuschendes Gespräch.
