No difficult, you start off with a questionnaire to Identify your areas of improvement , your personality and once you pass you do two interviews , one with the recruiter and the second with a partner.

The interview was average It was not that difficult,the interview was just based on the company getting to know you as a person and an individual.I was interviewed by a recruitment team member and my interview was conducted on zoom.
