Have a phone inteview first with HR with some general background questions. Second step is an online coding interview. Last one is an on site interview with more technical questions.
3 interviews spanning two weeks. First two interviews were 45 minutes each and the last was 3.5 hours. The first two interviews were with an engineering manager, the last was with 3 different individuals related to the engineering team.

Interview
You engage with a panel of interviewers answering boring and obvious questions. These people obviously learned how to give interviews from The Office. I've never been in an interview with such boring dry people. I think 2 smiles were cracked the entire time. They were overly critical and just overall uncomfortable to be around.
