Interview
Interview process took nearly 2 months. There was a very large lack of communication. After the first interview, I was told I was one of the top candidate and then didn't get a second interview until a month later. Once that second interview was finished there was nearly 3 weeks of silence before I got a rejection email. Overall it was not a positive experience, the company was really disorganized and quite unprofessional in the end. Interview itself was really easy, they asked typical interview questions.

Interview
There were a series of interviews, they were mostly conversational. You could tell they were more interested in character, intelligence and familiarity with mobile devices and app's. The interview process I believe now includes a personality test but the baseline they used for me was "Would I like to have dinner with this person?".
