Phone Interview: Working on US based product firm, 6+ years of experience and serving notice having 3 offers in hand, I attended an interview on Trivium. The first round was phone and the interviewer lady asked pretty basic questions of mostly manual. I explained with realtime examples. Interviewer was expecting some by hearted answers. As expected there was no call after that. Advice: For the inital filtering process please assign some interviwer who have some good understanding about the process.
