Applied via recruiter and was called for a 1st round interview with the helpdesk manager. This was more of a company fit interview and not too technical.
2nd interview was with the manager and operations director.
Technical questions were pretty open and was asked about my experience with SAN's, VMWare, Firewalls, Networking etc... Questions were tough but reasonable for the level I was applying for.
