Interview
First they assemble in batches, then the group discussion starts ,after that round the selected persons are all called together for another PI round, then clearing it again the final round is processed where they deploy on contract basis .The final round is like a voice based test and personal interview and they can also ask some technical questions.

There was three rounds.first one was gd,second one was technical and last one was Hr interview.I have cleared first round only.Then I was informed to attend second round which i could not make it to next.

Initial round was a GD where in a general topic is given. They shortlisted the people who are good at English. I got shortlisted for the next round. This is an easy round. All you need is basic communication skills.

It was a waste of time really. I dont think there were any openings at that time . we were told to wait for sometime and then conducted a group discussion for a topic . at the end they told all of us to leave.
