I faced two rounds of the interview wherein the first round was taken by the HR of the company and on being shortlisted finally the second round was taken by the Manager of the Company. In my first interview I was asked severel questions regarding my previous job profile, my experiences and why I wished for job change. In my second round I was asked about the challenges I faced in my job profile and how do I execute my responsibilities and also about the strategies I would take for the company and its betterment if I get selected.
