First you receive an email with instructions for a technical exam, you must download a program and you will receive the exam, the questions are not very complex. Then they schedule a meeting with apparently a member of the technical team. You conduct a short interview with simple questions.

Interview
They ask you to complete a candidate form with basic information and about experience (e.g. years of experience with X technology). Then they send you an email to download a proctorizer and complete a code assessment. They say they will pay you for your time but they don't. Then you don't hear from them again, no feedback, no next steps and nothing else.
