It's pretty chill, the managers answers a lot of my questions and was pretty friendly! Interview tips, look at the website, there's a lot of info that allow you to know more about the company and the working content.
The interview was mainly focused on whether you have previous trading experiences relating to CFDs, such as FOREX, oil, commodities, indices, etc. They don't really care so much about your extra-curricular work such as volunteering experiences.
