Track n Trace interview questions

The interview process was at the time quite direct, they used an external compoany to carry out the first shortlist then they invited shortlisted candidates for first level interview with HR . After being successful for that, they would be invited for second interviwe with line manager, and finally with GM of company before eventually getting confirmation letter if successful

Casual and laissez-faire. One person carried out the interview, presumably HR, and basic interview questions asked e.g. availability, salary requirements. Demonstrated lack of personal integrity by categorically stating they will send feedback, positive or negative, and then deliberately failed to do so.
