Quick and simple, no real interview, just an induction into the company. If they ask you to come in they have already accepted you. The interview seems to just be a formal process they have to do before you join. It's barely an interview just involved having a speech from them, watching a video and then answering some written questions.

Were shown a few videos on a TV screen and then given a questionnaire to fill out based on the video. Had to pass questionnaire to get the role, but it was very common sense based.
