Interview
The interview process was quick, but I would NOT recommend. They admitted to not being able to fill the position multiple times - RED FLAG - and I had even seen it posted online multiple times before applying.
During the process I heard all the "we love that answer" "that's exactly right" blah, blah, blah to then have no follow up from the sales person who was leading hiring.
I'm glad I didn't get the job with this company. The pay is below standard and they clearly haven't been able to establish a footing in their ideal market yet.

Interview
I am a highly qualified candidate with 5+ years experience as a BDM in both Ed and Tech. This position has been posted-deleted-reposted on LinkedIn repeatedly for roughly 9 months. I interviewed in late October after a round of post-delete. I received significant positive feedback throughout with responses like "That is absolutely right," and "That is our belief/methodology, too", throughout the experience. I was praised for thoughtful questions on my end. I was told they wanted to hire ASAP so the individual could join a team gathering in December.
I was no-feedback passed on and the company has since deleted and reposted the position. It is January 2025, 1 month after their desired team retreat.
I do not think this company has any idea what they are looking for or they are inflating their growth/value with the appearance of "ever growing/ever hiring."

Interview
In the initial email inviting me to interview, I was asked for a preferred salary range. I responded asking what their budgeted range is and didn't get a response. That should have been a sign, but I decided to be optimistic.
A zoom interview was the first round. The interviewer was late to the call, and the questions they asked were very basic or redundant. I've worked in edtech companies for 8 years, and they asked how comfortable I feel learning new technology.
Got to the end of the interview, and they dropped the bomb - the salary range was way lower than what was reported on Glassdoor. 60-70K for a CSM with 8K potential for a bonus, Less than I'm currently making.
Oh well. A really easily solution to save companies time and money is to share salary ranges on the job description. A warning to anyone interviewing anywhere: if they won't share the range, it's not going to be impressive.
