-Make sure to have all your qualifications - They will ask why you want the job and what you bring to the team. They are looking for good communicators, good availability, and overall capability in terms of physical skills

They didnt seem very open to me asking questions or willing to show me the space. They were nice and knowledgeable but did not seem to want to answer my questions or have an answer to my simple questions. I asked about a work mentor and about the number of athletes per session and they danced around both questions, not giving me a straight response. They also asked the same question in different ways or asked me things I had already answered in a different question.
