The interview questions were relevant to the role and not overly difficult. However, the overall interview experience was frustrating due to poor communication. During the interview, the interviewer was referring to graphs in a PowerPoint presentation that were not shared with me, which I only realized halfway through the interview. This caused unnecessary confusion and impacted my ability to answer questions clearly.
The interviewer appeared inexperienced and did not make an effort to ensure the candidate fully understood the questions being asked, even when clarification was requested. As a result, the interview felt unfair and also gave insight into how processes may be handled at Tobii.
