I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Toast Inc in Aug 2023
Interview
1st Call with recruiter, 2nd Video Interview with Hiring Manager, 3rd interview was 3 30min interviews back to back with different team members. (2 hours in total) First 2 interviews went great. The last day of interviews was very extra. LOTS of Star type questions. They reallly dig. Overly complex 2/3 part questions relating to situational experiences. They also pick apart your answers. I was more annoyed that the interview process was sooo long just seemed like a waste of time.

Question 1
Very situational "Tell me about a time when" questions. They are not trying to trick you - just ensure you are the right fit for the team/company/role!
