1. cold emailed 2. phone interview 3. virtual panel interview Very poor and uncoordinated interview process. My interviews did not guide me to a solution. Instead, it felt more of an interrogation rather than collaboration. Even though my interviewers had "Senior" and "Staff" titles, I checked their linkedins and they were all bootcamp grads. Maybe this explains why they cannot understand my solution and kept interrogating my approach. They did not let me explain my thought process and at the end of the day, I can't change that. The team seems to be a joke too, the work is boring and I'm glad they did not extend me an offer. I would've been miserable after 2 months
