The teams and interviews were good. Avg difficulty and good vibes really learning about you. Also genuine excitement about the company and HM was superb. The recruiting experience wasn’t good at all. Waited days for a verbal offer even though I was told I’d be given one. Delays in communication. Comp came back well under what we discussed which initially was ‘no problem’. They didn’t make time to have a real conversation about negotiation. It was we need an answer cause we need to move on and I had just got the verbal offer less than 24hrs prior. It’s a shame bc the team and HM were good. recruiter seemed unprepared due to being new which wasn’t a good impression. This seemed highly out of the norm and not what I’ve seen and heard about recruiting here. I think it was part of growing fast. So would still recommend this company.
