I applied online and heard back from HR couple days after to schedule my first phone screening. She was very professional at first and it was a quick call. She then reached out to schedule my second phone screening with the Controller. He was very friendly and easy going so the interview was pretty much casual. Although, I asked about the next step and he said the HR would get back to me even if they decide not to move forward with my application. It has been more than 3 weeks so far and still not even a WORD. I did send an email to follow up with the HR and she never get back to me. Very professional, isn't it?
