Titan Trust Bank interview questions

The interview was very easy and they were friendly. The lady wanted to know why I want to leave what i do currently since I was self employed . That became the topic till the end

The interviewer was really harsh,yea i understand that you may not intend to hire someone, you should at least not tell the person that you won't hire outrightly in a rather harsh tone. There was no emotional intelligence shown in the interview process.
