The process was quick and fairly straightforward. It started with an initial interview with the HR team, followed by a technical challenge that was estimated to take around 3 hours, although I ended up spending a bit more time on it to ensure a solid solution. The task itself wasn’t overly complex but did cover key aspects relevant to the role.
After that, I had a technical interview where I presented my solution and discussed my approach. We also talked through some past experiences dealing with technical challenges. Shortly after, I received an offer from the company.
