There was an initial HR call to get an overview of my background and then a call was scheduled with hiring manager where I was asked behavioral questions based on my past experiences.

I gave the interview in the month of September and I was the one who was taking continuous follow-ups from HR,when I called him after a week to ask what’s the update at that time he confirmed I selected and he forgot to call me after that he shared the offer letter and stopped receiving my calls later I approached one of HOD but she was same not bothered at all later when I called the HR he said there’s some glitch on their central system and I can’t join as the process will take time and I should join another company and he wasted my 2months.Experience with TIRA beauty was very disappointing
