2 introductory calls to discuss my profile. After 1 month no updates. When someone has taken the time to apply to a position and furthermore having interviews with you the minimum you should do is to just inform if you continue or not.
I was approached by someone at the company. We had a quick screening call, and then set up an appointment for a technical interview. However, my contact never admitted me into the meeting for the technical call, nor responded to my emails afterwards.
