Friendly and personal and casual with a interested sense of comradeship, team work with no pressure good work balance, team effort. Time Warner Cable now spectrum. Management holds you inhumanely to Kpi. You are expected to control what you can not. No matter how your supervisor is in Management meetings supervisors are pointed out and ridiculed if they have the lower numbers, and if you are the only male on the team it will be you. If fired you'll need to call EEOC.( Equal employment opportunity commission)
The interview process was fun and very easy going. The managers and team makes you feel welcome before starting . I feel if you ask questions they are willing be upfront and forthcoming .

Straightforward. One screening call with HR and then a second interview with a hiring manager. If you get the offer your start date could get pushed back based on when they having a full incoming training class.
