Interview
Overall, the process was simple enough. Screener call, followed by interview with department heads.
The overall unprofessionalism of the two department heads was surprising. One would think at such a large, respectable company that their management would be top tier, but it wasn’t the case.
Turnover is admittedly high, and after a brief conversation with those at the head of the Ticketing Department, one can easily understand why. Both department heads seemed totally disinterested and even began to be talk negatively about the current department.
Think twice before applying.

Interview
Interview was relatively straightforward. I think it lasted about 20 minutes, and had the standard questions. I was asked about my arts background, and what my career ambitions were, and I was actually offered a job at the end of the interview. It was honestly one of the easiest interviews I've ever had.
