Overall, the process was simple enough. Screener call, followed by interview with department heads. The overall unprofessionalism of the two department heads was surprising. One would think at such a large, respectable company that their management would be top tier, but it wasn’t the case. Turnover is admittedly high, and after a brief conversation with those at the head of the Ticketing Department, one can easily understand why. Both department heads seemed totally disinterested and even began to be talk negatively about the current department. Think twice before applying.
