The interview process was just basic question of my background and my job expectations. There were three individuals asking me questions and giving me the overall idea of what was expected from a personal assistant. The position was to work directly with the CEO. They don't offer any benefits and just 5 vacation days. They are all Chinese.

Interview
Fast and to the point. Very simple interview with extremely generic questions. Be confident in your answers and how you present yourself. They will be able to tell if you are a good employee within the first 5 minutes or so.
