Relatively quick interview at the head office with HR. Casual and easy, asked about previous customer service experiences, availability and current situation. Was hired on the same day which can be seen as a good or bad thing.

A trial shift is given. All about the daily process of the shop. Put the stock to the shelf, rearrange the position of the stock etc. Nothing special about that.
