The interview process was fairly straight forward. The questions seemed to mainly focus on background and general fit for the role. Also, questions were asked to see if you would be a good fit with the Thrivent culture.

Interview
Multiple round interviews. Initially met with the marketing directors, then came on-site for live interviews. Final interviews were over the phone. Nothing technical, more mindset focused, making sure you are a right fit for the team.

Can you fill out your top 300 contacts in a business planning workbook?
It was pretty casual, asked me questions more about personality than technical skills. The process took around four interviews, where I met with a singular guy at first and then with a team.
Very easy going process that was made easier by great people. They are really testing to see how good your soft skills are and your ability to communicate with people.
