I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ThinkBridge
Interview
Hi CEO, I want to be very clear here. I went through every single step of the Apprentice program — 6 weeks stretched into 3+ months. From 60+ candidates, eliminations happened, random teams were assigned, I survived even with weak teammates, and then the program was extended unnecessarily. Finally, 12 of us were interviewed. My interviews went well, I was confident, and even the interviewers seemed happy with my answers.
But in the end, only one person was selected — someone who wasn’t even shortlisted for the interview initially. That shocked everyone. Out of 60+ students, selecting just one, and that too giving preference to previous batch students, feels unfair. We invested 90+ days with no stipend, only to see luck decide the outcome. Honestly, this is not good — at least 4–6 candidates should have been selected.
I feel this entire process wasted months of effort and talent. Many students were better, and this kind of filtering is discouraging. Please understand, you are playing with students’ time and careers.
