Not sincere in hiring. Interviewer arranged interview just to make me do teaching demo in order to collect teaching video. Waste of time n effort to interview. They will ghost u thereafter.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Think Teach Academy. in Jan 2022

Interview

Interviewers were quite condescending and interview questions posed were mostly targeted at academic results. Half of the interview time is spent on the teaching demonstration yet this segment is not touched on. This leaves no opportunity for interviewees to discuss their experience/teaching strengths.
