They will ask you to cook a salmon pink, a rib eye medium red, and make hollandaise sauce. Then you will do some service and help making some preps and finally the head chef will talk to you about the trial and the offer they can make.

Laid back experience. Interview was conversational. We met at a restaurant and spoke over dinner. The conversation topics were the companies future and how that aligns with my career goals.
