Was asked to answer a brief behavioral question as a pre-screen. One week later, was asked to complete an IQ test OR write a full essay about a software vulnerability. AS A PRE-SCREEN.
Job seekers, do not jump through ridiculous hoops like these for employers. I was interviewed and hired at another company in the time it took for this place to send me a second round of pre-screen questions.

Why does this company think it's ok to pay someone with a bachelor's degree in the 45-65k salary range. Absolutely unacceptable. Don't accept positions like this because that makes it ok for companies to lowball you.
